2. Приемане на условията

7. Изключване на гаранции

Услугата се предоставя „ТАКАВА, КАКВАТО Е" и „КАКВАТО Е НАЛИЧНА", без никакви гаранции от какъвто и да е вид. Дружеството изрично изключва всякакви изрични, подразбиращи се или законови гаранции, включително гаранции за продаваемост и годност за конкретна цел.
